<title>Convert 'alloc_obj' family to use the new default GFP_KERNEL argument</title>

This was done entirely with mindless brute force, using

    git grep -l '\&lt;k[vmz]*alloc_objs*(.*, GFP_KERNEL)' |
        xargs sed -i 's/\(alloc_objs*(.*\), GFP_KERNEL)/\1)/'

to convert the new alloc_obj() users that had a simple GFP_KERNEL
argument to just drop that argument.

Note that due to the extreme simplicity of the scripting, any slightly
more complex cases spread over multiple lines would not be triggered:
they definitely exist, but this covers the vast bulk of the cases, and
the resulting diff is also then easier to check automatically.

For the same reason the 'flex' versions will be done as a separate
conversion.

<title>treewide: Replace kmalloc with kmalloc_obj for non-scalar types</title>

This is the result of running the Coccinelle script from
scripts/coccinelle/api/kmalloc_objs.cocci. The script is designed to
avoid scalar types (which need careful case-by-case checking), and
instead replace kmalloc-family calls that allocate struct or union
object instances:

Single allocations:	kmalloc(sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_obj(TYPE, ...)

Array allocations:	kmalloc_array(COUNT, sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_objs(TYPE, COUNT, ...)

Flex array allocations:	kmalloc(struct_size(PTR, FAM, COUNT), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_flex(*PTR, FAM, COUNT, ...)

(where TYPE may also be *VAR)

The resulting allocations no longer return "void *", instead returning
"TYPE *".

The sysfs_emit() function was introduced to make it less ambiguous
which function is preferred when writing to the output buffer in
a "show" callback [1].

Convert the GPIO library sysfs interface from sprintf() to sysfs_emit()
accordingly, as the latter is aware of the PAGE_SIZE buffer and correctly
returns the number of bytes written into the buffer.

No functional change intended.

The ACPI_INFO() macro is used for message printing in the ACPICA code.

ACPI_INFO() will be empty if the ACPICA debug is not enabled, so
replace it with pr_debug().

Also remove the not needed ACPICA header file inclusions to decouple
from ACPICA.

Like other vectors already patched, this one here allows the root
user to load ACPI tables, which enables arbitrary physical address
writes, which in turn makes it possible to disable lockdown.

Prevents this by checking the lockdown status before allowing a new
ACPI table to be installed. The link in the trailer shows a PoC of
how this might be used.

ACPICA commit d1716a829d19be23277d9157c575a03b9abb7457

For unloading an ACPI table, it is necessary to provide the index of
the table. The method intended for dynamically loading or hotplug
addition of tables, acpi_load_table(), should provide this information
via an optional pointer to the loaded table index.

This patch fixes the table unload function of acpi_configfs.
