The plane reset implementation creates a custom state
subclass, but only initializes a pristine state without resetting any
hardware. This is equivalent to what atomic_create_state expects.
Convert to it.

The conversion was done using the following Coccinelle semantic patch:

The lcdc_csc_init callback was introduced in commit aa71584b323a ("drm:
atmel-hlcdc: add driver ops to differentiate HLCDC and XLCDC IP") and
called only once, at init time, from atmel_hlcdc_plane_init_properties().

commit 81af99cbd9e4 ("drm/atmel-hlcdc: destroy properly the plane state
in the reset callback") then reworked the reset hook to use
atmel_hlcdc_plane_atomic_destroy_state() instead of duplicating the
code. However, it also introduced a new call to lcdc_csc_init in the
reset path that wasn't there before and wasn't mentioned in the commit
log.

Since CSC coefficients are hardware constants that only need to be
written once at init time. This also prevents the conversion to
atomic_create_state, which must not have any hardware side-effect.

The atmel-hlcdc crtc implementation provides a custom reset hook.
However, this hook only allocates the state, initializes it with
__drm_atomic_helper_crtc_reset(), and frees the previous state. It
does not perform any hardware reset.

Since this is exactly what the atomic_create_state hook is meant to
do, minus the old state cleanup which the caller handles, convert the
implementation to use atomic_create_state with
__drm_atomic_helper_crtc_state_init() instead.

The KMS framework uses two slightly different definitions for the state
concept. For a given object (plane, CRTC, encoder, etc., so
drm_$OBJECT_state), the state is the entire state of that object.
However, at the device level, drm_atomic_state refers to a state update
for a limited number of objects.

Thus, drm_atomic_state isn't the entire device state, but only the full
state of some objects in that device. This has been an endless source of
confusion and thus bugs.

We can rename the drm_atomic_state structure to drm_atomic_commit to
make it less confusing.

This patch was created using:

rg -l drm_atomic_state | \
	xargs sed -i 's/drm_atomic_state/drm_atomic_commit/g; s/drm_atomic_commit_helper/drm_atomic_state_helper/g'

This was done entirely with mindless brute force, using

    git grep -l '\<k[vmz]*alloc_objs*(.*, GFP_KERNEL)' |
        xargs sed -i 's/\(alloc_objs*(.*\), GFP_KERNEL)/\1)/'

to convert the new alloc_obj() users that had a simple GFP_KERNEL
argument to just drop that argument.

Note that due to the extreme simplicity of the scripting, any slightly
more complex cases spread over multiple lines would not be triggered:
they definitely exist, but this covers the vast bulk of the cases, and
the resulting diff is also then easier to check automatically.

For the same reason the 'flex' versions will be done as a separate
conversion.

This is the result of running the Coccinelle script from
scripts/coccinelle/api/kmalloc_objs.cocci. The script is designed to
avoid scalar types (which need careful case-by-case checking), and
instead replace kmalloc-family calls that allocate struct or union
object instances:

Single allocations:	kmalloc(sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_obj(TYPE, ...)

Array allocations:	kmalloc_array(COUNT, sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_objs(TYPE, COUNT, ...)

Flex array allocations:	kmalloc(struct_size(PTR, FAM, COUNT), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_flex(*PTR, FAM, COUNT, ...)

(where TYPE may also be *VAR)

The resulting allocations no longer return "void *", instead returning
"TYPE *".

Don’t reject the commit when the source rectangle has fractional parts.
This can occur due to scaling: drm_atomic_helper_check_plane_state() calls
drm_rect_clip_scaled(), which may introduce fractional parts while
computing the clipped source rectangle. This does not imply the commit is
invalid, so we should accept it instead of discarding it.

The atmel_hlcdc_plane_atomic_duplicate_state() callback was copying
the atmel_hlcdc_plane state structure without properly duplicating the
drm_plane_state. In particular, state->commit remained set to the old
state commit, which can lead to a use-after-free in the next
drm_atomic_commit() call.

Fix this by calling
__drm_atomic_helper_duplicate_plane_state(), which correctly clones
the base drm_plane_state (including the ->commit pointer).

It has been seen when closing and re-opening the device node while
another DRM client (e.g. fbdev) is still attached:

objects are not freed. The atomic_destroy_state callback only put the
framebuffer. Use the __drm_atomic_helper_plane_destroy_state() function
