This gives more flexibility and also allows us to drop the .num_links member, saving from possible errors related to it being not set or set incorrectly. There are no actual users of this interconnect. The IP0 resource will be handled by clk-rpmh driver. It consists of providers for each of the busses in the SoC and two virtual providers, for the "memory controller" and a few of "virtual clocks".
