The global wrappers also have the advantage to do stricter format checking, so the pr_devel formats are also checked if DEBUG is not defined. The global variants only check for DEBUG being defined and not its actual value, so the #define to zero is dropped, too. Using global data to store device specific data is a bad pattern that breaks if there is more than one device. So expand driver data and drop the global variables. video: move fbdev to drivers/video/fbdev

The drivers/video directory is a mess. It contains generic video related files, directories for backlight, console, linux logo, lots of fbdev device drivers, fbdev framework files. Make some order into the chaos by creating drivers/video/fbdev directory, and move all fbdev related files there. No functionality is changed, although I guess it is possible that some subtle Makefile build order related issue could be created by this patch.
