refcount_t type and corresponding API should be used instead of atomic_t when the variable is used as a reference counter. This allows to avoid accidental refcounter overflows that might lead to use-after-free situations. ktime: Get rid of the union

ktime is a union because the initial implementation stored the time in scalar nanoseconds on 64 bit machine and in a endianess optimized timespec variant for 32bit machines. The Y2038 cleanup removed the timespec variant and switched everything to scalar nanoseconds. The union remained, but become completely pointless. net: Remove iocb argument from sendmsg and recvmsg

After TIPC doesn't depend on iocb argument in its internal implementations of sendmsg() and recvmsg() hooks defined in proto structure, no any user is using iocb argument in them at all now. Then we can drop the redundant iocb argument completely from kinds of implementations of both sendmsg() and recvmsg() in the entire networking stack. Conflicts: drivers/net/ieee802154/fakehard.c A bug fix went into 'net' for ieee802154/fakehard.c, which is removed in 'net-next'. Add build fix into the merge from Stephen Rothwell in openvswitch, the logging macros take a new initial 'log' argument, a new call was added in 'net' so when we merge that in here we have to explicitly add the new 'log' arg to it else the build fails.
