KEYS: encrypted: fix integer overflow of datablob_len

encrypted_key_alloc() stores datablob_len in a u16. It is computed from
multiple string and payload lengths. If the result exceeds U16_MAX, the
assignment truncates the allocation size. KASAN reports a 32760-byte
slab-out-of-bounds write when __ekey_init() copies the master key
description into the undersized buffer.

The total payload length stored in key->datalen is also a u16. Use
check_add_overflow() to reject values that do not fit either destination,
and use kzalloc_flex() for the flexible-array allocation.

keys: Replace strcpy(derived_buf, "AUTH_KEY") with strscpy(..., HASH_SIZE)

derived_buf is guaranteed to be HASH_SIZE - and it is more than enough.
The strscpy() degenerates into an memcpy() (as did the strcpy()).
Do the same for the associated "ENC_KEY" copy.

Removes a possibly unbounded strcpy().

Remove <linux/hex.h> from <linux/kernel.h> and update all users/callers of
hex.h interfaces to directly #include <linux/hex.h> as part of the process
of putting kernel.h on a diet.

Removing hex.h from kernel.h means that 36K C source files don't have to
pay the price of parsing hex.h for the roughly 120 C source files that
need it.

This change has been build-tested with allmodconfig on most ARCHes. Also,
all users/callers of <linux/hex.h> in the entire source tree have been
updated if needed (if not already #included).

strncpy() is deprecated for NUL-terminated destination buffers; use
strscpy_pad() instead to retain the NUL-padding behavior of strncpy().

The destination buffer is initialized using kzalloc() with a 'signature'
size of ECRYPTFS_PASSWORD_SIG_SIZE + 1. strncpy() then copies up to
ECRYPTFS_PASSWORD_SIG_SIZE bytes from 'key_desc', NUL-padding any
remaining bytes if needed, but expects the last byte to be zero.

strscpy_pad() also copies the source string to 'signature', and NUL-pads
the destination buffer if needed, but ensures it's always NUL-terminated
without relying on it being zero-initialized.

strscpy_pad() automatically determines the size of the fixed-length
destination buffer via sizeof() when the optional size argument is
omitted, making an explicit size unnecessary.

In encrypted_init(), the source string 'key_desc' is validated by
valid_ecryptfs_desc() before calling ecryptfs_fill_auth_tok(), and is
therefore NUL-terminated and satisfies the __must_be_cstr() requirement
of strscpy_pad().

Instead of the "sha256" crypto_shash, just use sha256(). Similarly,
instead of the "hmac(sha256)" crypto_shash, just use
hmac_sha256_usingrawkey(). This is simpler and faster.

During kbuild, with W=1, modpost will warn when a module doesn't have
a MODULE_DESCRIPTION(). The encrypted-keys module does not have a
MODULE_DESCRIPTION(). But currently, even with an allmodconfig
configuration, this module is built-in, and as a result, kbuild does
not currently warn about the missing MODULE_DESCRIPTION().

However, just in case it is built as a module in the future, add the
missing MODULE_DESCRIPTION() macro invocation.
