perf tool: Remove evsel from tool APIs that pass the sample

As struct perf_sample now directly contains its own resolved evsel pointer, passing the evsel separately is redundant and clutters the interface. Remove the redundant evsel parameter from tool-specific handlers and structures, ensuring the tool always directly accesses the evsel bound to the sample. This simplifies the API signatures and eliminates the risk of passing an inconsistent evsel. The size can only hold up to a value of BUILD_ID_SIZE (20) and the mmap2 event uses a byte for the value. When the guestmount option is used, a guest machine's file system mount point is recorded in machine->root_dir. perf already iterates guest machines when adding files to the build ID cache, but does not take machine->root_dir into account. Use machine->root_dir to find files for guest build IDs, and add them to the build ID cache using the "proper" name i.e. relative to the guest root directory not the host root directory. lsdir_bid_tail_filter() ignored any build-id that wasn't exactly 20 bytes. This worked only for SHA-1 build-ids. The build-id for a PE file is always a 16-byte GUID and ELF files can also have MD5 or UUID build-ids. This fix changes the filter to allow build-ids between 16 and 20 bytes.
