perf cs-etm: Require full global header in auxtrace_info size check

cs_etm__process_auxtrace_info() checks that header.size covers event_header_size + INFO_HEADER_SIZE (16 bytes total), but then accesses ptr[CS_PMU_TYPE_CPUS] at offset 24 from the start of the event. A crafted 16-byte auxtrace_info event passes the size check but reads out-of-bounds. Include CS_ETM_HEADER_SIZE in the minimum size check so that the global header entries (version, pmu_type_cpus, snapshot) are guaranteed to fit within the event. perf cs-etm: Move mapping of Trace ID and cpu into helper function

The information to associate Trace ID and CPU will be changing. Drivers will start outputting this as a hardware ID packet in the data file which if present will be used in preference to the AUXINFO values. To prepare for this we provide a helper functions to do the individual ID mapping, and one to extract the IDs from the completed metadata blocks. perf cs_etm: Record ts_source in AUXTRACE_INFO for ETMv4 and ETE

Read the value of ts_source exposed by the driver and store it in the ETMv4 and ETE header. If the interface doesn't exist (such as in older Kernels), defaults to a safe value of -1. perf cs_etm: Keep separate symbols for ETMv4 and ETE parameters

perf cs-etm: Print auxtrace info even if OpenCSD isn't linked

Printing the info doesn't have any dependency on OpenCSD, and neither does recording Coresight data. Because it's sometimes useful to look at the info for debugging, it makes sense to be able to see it on the same platform that the recording was made on. So pull the auxtrace info printing parts into a new file that is always compiled into Perf.
