commit 61235b24b9cb37c13fcad5b9596d59a1afdcec30 upstream

Everything is converted over to arch_cpu_finalize_init(). Remove the
check_bugs() leftovers including the empty stubs in asm-generic, alpha,
parisc, powerpc and xtensa.

<title>xtensa: use fallback for random_get_entropy() instead of zero</title>

commit e10e2f58030c5c211d49042a8c2a1b93d40b2ffb upstream.

In the event that random_get_entropy() can't access a cycle counter or
similar, falling back to returning 0 is really not the best we can do.
Instead, at least calling random_get_entropy_fallback() would be
preferable, because that always needs to return _something_, even
falling back to jiffies eventually. It's not as though
random_get_entropy_fallback() is super high precision or guaranteed to
be entropic, but basically anything that's not zero all the time is
better than returning zero all the time.

This is accomplished by just including the asm-generic code like on
other architectures, which means we can get rid of the empty stub
function here.

commit d67ed2510d28a1eb33171010d35cf52178cfcbdd upstream.

CONFIG_OF can be set by a randconfig or by a user -- without setting the
early flattree option (OF_EARLY_FLATTREE). This causes build errors.
However, if randconfig or a user sets USE_OF in the Xtensa config,
the right kconfig symbols are set to fix the build.

Fixes these build errors:

[ Upstream commit dc293f2106903ab9c24e9cea18c276e32c394c33 ]

When adding __user annotations in commit 2adf5352a34a, the
strncpy_from_user() function declaration for the
CONFIG_GENERIC_STRNCPY_FROM_USER case was missed. Fix it.

commit 0773495b1f5f1c5e23551843f87b5ff37e7af8f7 upstream.

Xtensa ABI requires stack alignment to be at least 16. In noMMU
configuration ARCH_SLAB_MINALIGN is used to align stack. Make it at
least 16.

This fixes the following runtime error in noMMU configuration, caused by
interaction between insufficiently aligned stack and alloca function,
that results in corruption of on-stack variable in the libc function
glob:

Caught unhandled exception in 'sh' (pid = 47, pc = 0x02d05d65)
  - should not happen
  EXCCAUSE is 15
