cxl: Remove driver

Remove the cxl driver that provides support for the IBM Coherent Accelerator Processor Interface. Revert or clean up associated code in arch/powerpc that is no longer necessary. cxl has received minimal maintenance for several years, and is not supported on the Power10 processor. We aren't aware of any users who are likely to be using recent kernels. Thanks to Mikey Neuling, Ian Munsie, Daniel Axtens, Frederic Barrat, Christophe Lombard, Philippe Bergheaud, Vaibhav Jain and Alastair D'Silva for their work on this driver over the years. cxl: Constify 'struct bin_attribute'

The sysfs core now allows instances of 'struct bin_attribute' to be moved into read-only memory. Make use of that to protect them against accidental or malicious modifications. This 'struct kobj_type' is not modified. It is only used in kobject_init_and_add() which takes a 'const struct kobj_type *ktype' parameter. Constifying this structure and moving it to a read-only section, and can increase over all security. cxl: use default_groups in kobj_type

There are currently 2 ways to create a set of sysfs files for a kobj_type, through the default_attrs field, and the default_groups field. Move the cxl code to use default_groups field which has been the preferred way since aa30f47cf666 ("kobject: Add support for default attribute groups to kobj_type") so that we can soon get rid of the obsolete default_attrs field. cxl: Fix kobject memleak

Currently the error return path from kobject_init_and_add() is not followed by a call to kobject_put() - which means we are leaking the kobject. Fix it by adding a call to kobject_put() in the error path of kobject_init_and_add(). However on Power-9 with radix mode we don't have Storage-Segments that we can prefault. Also prefaulting process Pages will be too costly and fine-grained. Hence, since the prefaulting mechanism doesn't makes sense of radix-mode, this patch updates prefault_mode_store() to not allow any other value apart from CXL_PREFAULT_NONE when radix mode is enabled.
