sky2: fix transmit state on resume

Already upstream. After resume, driver has reset the chip so the current state of transmit checksum offload state machine and DMA state machine will be undefined. Already upstream. The length check for truncated frames was not correctly handling the case where VLAN acceleration had already read the tag. Fix sky2 disabling VLAN completely when the first vid is unregistered. sky2 disables VLAN completely when the first VID is unregistered. It should instead disable VLAN when the group is unregistered by calling sky2_vlan_rx_register with grp = NULL.
