Two issues were noticed after the NFS v4.0 KConfig changes were merged
upstream. First, the text of CONFIG_NFS_V4 should not encourage people
to select it if they are unsure. Second, the new CONFIG_NFS_V4_0 option
should default to "on" instead of "off" to avoid breaking people's
setups if they are using NFS v4.0.

Compiling the NFSv4 module without any minorversion support doesn't make
much sense, so this patch sets NFS v4.1 as the default, always enabled
NFS version allowing us to replace all the CONFIG_NFS_V4_1s scattered
throughout the code with CONFIG_NFS_V4.

I introduce NFS4_MIN_MINOR_VERSION as a parallel to
NFS4_MAX_MINOR_VERSION to check if NFS v4.0 has been compiled in and
return an appropriate error if not.

<title>nfs: add missing selections of CONFIG_CRC32</title>

nfs.ko, nfsd.ko, and lockd.ko all use crc32_le(), which is available
only when CONFIG_CRC32 is enabled. But the only NFS kconfig option that
selected CONFIG_CRC32 was CONFIG_NFS_DEBUG, which is client-specific and
did not actually guard the use of crc32_le() even on the client.

The code worked around this bug by only actually calling crc32_le() when
CONFIG_CRC32 is built-in, instead hard-coding '0' in other cases. This
avoided randconfig build errors, and in real kernels the fallback code
was unlikely to be reached since CONFIG_CRC32 is 'default y'. But, this
really needs to just be done properly, especially now that I'm planning
to update CONFIG_CRC32 to not be 'default y'.

Therefore, make CONFIG_NFS_FS, CONFIG_NFSD, and CONFIG_LOCKD select
CONFIG_CRC32. Then remove the fallback code that becomes unnecessary,
as well as the selection of CONFIG_CRC32 from CONFIG_NFS_DEBUG.

<title>nfs: Make NFS_FSCACHE select NETFS_SUPPORT instead of depending on it</title>

Having the NFS_FSCACHE option depend on the NETFS_SUPPORT options makes
selecting NFS_FSCACHE impossible unless another option that additionally
selects NETFS_SUPPORT is already selected.

As a result, for example, being able to reach and select the NFS_FSCACHE
option requires the CEPH_FS or CIFS option to be selected beforehand, which
obviously doesn't make much sense.

Let's correct this by making the NFS_FSCACHE option actually select the
NETFS_SUPPORT option, instead of depending on it.

This came up during one of the Bake-a-thon discussions. NFS v2 support
was dropped from nfs-utils/mount.nfs in December 2021. Let's turn it
off by default in the kernel too, since this means there isn't a way
to mount and test it.

The flexfiles layout driver depends on NFSv3 module as data servers
might be configure to provide nfsv3 only.

Disabling the nfsv3 protocol completely disables the flexfiles layout driver,
however, the data server still might support v4.1 protocol. Thus the strond
couling betwwen flexfiles and nfsv3 modules should be relaxed, as layout driver
will return UNSUPPORTED if not matching protocol is found.
