docs: move m68k architecture documentation under Documentation/arch/

Architecture-specific documentation is being moved into Documentation/arch/ as a way of cleaning up the top-level documentation directory and making the docs hierarchy more closely match the source hierarchy. video: fbdev: atari: Fix inverse handling

Currently, the "inverse" option does not do anything, as it just sets a flag, which is further unused. Fix this by calling fb_invert_cmaps() instead, like other drivers do. As this only affects the console colormap, this does not affect X. Update the documentation to match the actual behavior. docs: m68k: convert docs to ReST and rename to *.rst

Convert the m68k kernel-options.txt file to ReST. The conversion is trivial, as the document is already on a format close enough to ReST. Just some small adjustments were needed in order to make it both good for being parsed while keeping it on a good txt shape. At its new index.rst, let's add a :orphan: while this is not linked to the main index.rst file, in order to avoid build warnings. Signed-off-by: Mauro Carvalho Chehab
