<title>ARM: remove obsolete Makefile.boot infrastructure</title>

There are a number of old Makefile.boot files that remain from the
multiplatform conversion, and three that are still in use.

These provide the "ZRELADDR", "PARAMS_PHYS" and "INITRD_PHYS" values
that are platform specific. It turns out that we can generally just
derive this from information that is available elsewhere:

- ZRELADDR is normally detected at runtime with the
CONFIG_AUTO_ZRELADDR flag, but also needed to be passed to
for 'make uImage'. In a multiplatform kernel, one always has
to pass this as the $(LOADADDR) variable, but in the StrongARM
kernels we can derive it from the sum of $(CONFIG_PHYS_OFFSET)
and $(TEXT_OFFSET) that are already known.

- PARAMS_PHYS and INITRD_PHYS are only used for bootpImage, which
in turn is only used for the pre-ATAGS 'param_struct' based boot
interface on StrongARM based machines with old boot loaders.
They can both be derived from CONFIG_PHYS_OFFSET and a machine
specific offset for the initrd, so all of the logic for these
  can be part of arch/arm/boot/bootp/Makefile.

<title>ARM: vf610: enable Cortex-M4 configuration on Vybrid SoC</title>

This patch allows to build the Kernel for Vybrid (VF6xx) SoC
when ARMv7-M CPU is selected. The resulting image runs on the
secondary Cortex-M4 core. This core has equally access to all
peripherals as the main Cortex-A5 core. However, there is no
resource control mechanism, hence when both cores are used
simultaneously, orthogonal device tree's are required.

The boot CPU is dependent on the SoC variant. The available
boards use mostly variants where the Cortex-A5 is the primary
and hence the boot CPU. Booting the secondary Cortex-M4 CPU
needs SoC specific registers written. There is no in kernel
support for this right now, a external userspace utility
called "m4boot" can be used to boot the kernel:

m4boot xipImage initramfs.cpio.lzo vf610m4-colibri.dtb

Since we have converted IMX to multiplatform build, Makefile.boot is not
used anyway. Remove it.

Only mx508 based board is mach-mx50_rdp and it has been marked as BROKEN
for several releases.

mx508 currently lacks clock support.

In case someone needs to add mx508 support back, then the recommended approach
is to use device tree.

<title>ARM: move all dtb targets out of Makefile.boot</title>

In preparation to support multi-platform kernels, move all the dtb targets
out of the mach Makefile.boot and into the arch/arm/boot/dts/Makefile
which is closer to the sources.

DTBs are only built when CONFIG_OF is enabled and now use top level
CONFIG_ARCH_xxx instead of chip or board specific config options.

Consolidate i.MX 5 platforms to be under the new shared i.MX 3/5/6 tree.

* tag 'arm-soc-imx-move' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/arm/arm-soc:
  ARM i.MX: Update defconfig
  ARM i.MX: Merge i.MX5 support into mach-imx
ARM i.MX5: remove unnecessary includes from board files

Fix up fairly trivial conflicts due to various changes nearby in
arch/arm/{mach,plat}-imx/{Kconfig,Makefile}

Pull request had been sent to the wrong email address, but happened
before the merge window closed. I'm merging the MX 5 consolidation,
since it apparently will help the next development window and will avoid
conflicts later as per Arnd.

This patch moves the contents of arch/arm/mach-mx5 to arch/arm/mach-imx
and adjusts the Makefile/Kconfig entries in a way that it's possible
to compile i.MX5 together with i.MX3/6.
