ARM: s3c64xx: extend deprecation schedule

Mark Brown is still using this machine for regular work, so it should not be removed as originally scheduled. Give the platform another year, with the option to extend it further based on the state of ATAGS support next year. I expect that we end up removing all of s3c64xx when either Mark has moved his test setup to other hardware, or when all other ATAGS based machines are getting removed. ARM: s3c: Replace ASSEMBLY with ASSEMBLER in header files

While the GCC and Clang compilers already define __ASSEMBLER__ automatically when compiling assembly code, __ASSEMBLY__ is a macro that only gets defined by the Makefiles in the kernel. This can be very confusing when switching between userspace and kernelspace coding, or when dealing with uapi headers that rather should use __ASSEMBLER__ instead. So let's standardize now on the __ASSEMBLER__ macro that is provided by the compilers. This is a completely mechanical patch (done with a simple "sed -i" statement). A few old machines have not been converted away from the old-style gpiolib interfaces. Make these select the new CONFIG_GPIOLIB_LEGACY symbol so the code still works where it is needed but can be left out otherwise. ASoC: codec: arizona: Convert to use GPIO descriptors

This converts the Arizona driver to use GPIO descriptors exclusively, deletes the legacy code path an updates the in-tree user of legacy GPIO. The GPIO lines for mic detect polarity and headphone ID detection are made exclusively descriptor-oriented. The headphone ID detection could actually only be used by the legacy GPIO code, but I converted it to use a descriptor if someone would actually need it so we don't just drop useful code. The compatible "wlf,hpdet-id-gpio" is not in the device tree bindings and only intended to be used by software nodes if any. If someone insists I can try to add a binding for it, but I doubt there is any real user so it seems pointless. syscore: Pass context data to callbacks

Several drivers can benefit from registering per-instance data along with the syscore operations. To achieve this, move the modifiable fields out of the syscore_ops structure and into a separate struct syscore that can be registered with the framework. treewide: rename GPIO set callbacks back to their original names

The conversion of all GPIO drivers to using the .set_rv() and .set_multiple_rv() callbacks from struct gpio_chip (which - unlike their predecessors - return an integer and allow the controller drivers to indicate failures to users) is now complete and the legacy ones have been removed.
