[CRIS] Remove links from CRIS build

Remove the links to architecture and machine dependent directories (boot, lib, drivers, arch, mach) The links were created and used mostly from the arch/cris/Makefile, so why not dispense with them altogether? Changed $(ARCH) to "cris" in Makefile, it is easier to read this way. The CRISv32 head.S common files for the kernel and compressed images needed to be modified to use ifdefs instead of using the now removed mach link. Since there are only two versions, this is not a huge loss in readability. The link to vmlinux.lds.S is also replaced with a merged version which uses ifdefs to select the correct layout. - Move alignment to page size of init data outside ifdef for BLK_DEV_INITRD. The reservation up to page size of memory after init data was previously not done if BLK_DEV_INITRD was undefined. This caused a kernel oops when init memory pages were freed after startup, data placed in the same page as the last init memory would also be freed and reused, with disastrous results. - Use macros for initcalls and .text sections. - Replace hardcoded page size constant with PAGE_SIZE define. - Change include/asm-cris/page.h to use the _AC macro to instead of testing __ASSEMBLY__. [PATCH] disable init/initramfs.c: architectures

Update all arch/*/kernel/vmlinux.lds.S to not include space for initramfs when CONFIG_BLK_DEV_INITRAMFS is not selected. Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
