m68k: Use kernel's generic libgcc functions

The arch/m68k/lib versions of the libgcc functions: ashldi3, ashrdi3 and lshrdi3 were taken directly from an older version of gcc. We can use the kernel's own generic lib versions of these - they are virtually identical. Switch to those and remove the m68k local ones. m68k: replace gcc specific macros with ones from compiler.h

There is which provides macros for various gcc specific constructs. Eg: __weak for __attribute__((weak)). Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
