[ Upstream commit 6f03055d508ff4feb8db02ba3df9303a1db8d381 ] The MIPS BMC63XX subarch does not provide/support clk_set_parent(). This causes build errors in a few drivers, so add a simple implementation of that function so that callers of it will build without errors. MIPS: BCM63XX: fix switch core reset on BCM6368

commit 8a38dacf87180738d42b058334c951eba15d2d47 upstream. The Ethernet Switch core mask was set to 0, causing the switch core to be not reset on BCM6368 on boot. Provide the proper mask so the switch core gets reset to a known good state. spi/bcm63xx: move register definitions into the driver

Move all register definitions and structs into the driver. This allows us dropping the platform_data struct and drop any arch specific includes. Make use of different device names to identify the version of the block we have. Since we now have full control over the message width, we can drop the size check, which was broken anyway, since it never set ret to any error code.
