tokenring: delete all remaining driver support

This represents the mass deletion of the of the tokenring support. It gets rid of: - the net/tr.c which the drivers depended on - the drivers/net component - the Kbuild infrastructure around it - any tokenring related CONFIG_ settings in any defconfigs - the tokenring headers in the include/linux dir - the firmware associated with the tokenring drivers. - any associated token ring documentation. Get rid of INLINE_SPIN_UNLOCK entirely replacing it with UNINLINE_SPIN_UNLOCK instead of the reverse meaning. The toolchain prefix will most likely be site specific and is not guaranteed to always be "mips-linux-gnu-", so simply don't specify one. A quick "git grep" shows this to be consistent amongst other cross compiled targets. Similarly, the site specific initramfs source location should not be used, since that won't exist for most people, and it prevents them from doing coverage builds on the defconfigs, such as those done in linux-next and run routinely by many others.
