MIPS: loongson32: Switch to generic core

The generic MIPS core is fully compatible with Loongson-1 SoCs, so migrate Loongson-1 to it. Main changes are: - Merge CPU_LOONGSON1B and CPU_LOONGSON1C into a unified CPU_LOONGSON32, as both are based on the GS232 core. - Consolidate LOONGSON1_LS1B and LOONGSON1_LS1C Kconfig options into MACH_LOONGSON32. - Enable MACH_GENERIC_CORE and remove the legacy custom implementation. - Remove all Loongson-1 platform devices and associated code, which are now obsolete due to Device Tree support. - Misc cleanup. Since commit 7b3415f581c7 ("MIPS: Loongson32: Remove unused platform devices"), struct plat_ls1x_dma and plat_ls1x_nand are unused. Then, dma.h and nand.h are useless. Since commit 35508d242409 ("MIPS: loongson32: ls1c: Fix hang during startup"), no one is calling ls1x_rtc_set_extclk(). Therefore, remove this obsolete function. Since commit 9fb23090658a ("rtc: Remove the Loongson-1 RTC driver"), no one is using regs-rtc.h. Therefore, remove this obsolete header file. Commit 2a31bf20808a ("watchdog: loongson1_wdt: Implement restart handler") implmented .restart ops, Then, _machine_restart is no longer needed. The _machine_halt and pm_power_off are also unnecessary, which contain no hardware operations. Therefore, remove the entire reset.c and related header file. Update the Makefile accordingly. MIPS: Loongson32: Fix PHY-mode being left unspecified

commit 0060c8783330 ("net: stmmac: implement support for passive mode converters via dt") has changed the plat->interface field semantics from containing the PHY-mode to specifying the MAC-PCS interface mode. Due to that the loongson32 platform code will leave the phylink interface uninitialized with the PHY-mode intended by the means of the actual platform setup. The commit-author most likely has just missed the arch-specific code to fix. Let's mend the Loongson32 platform code then by assigning the PHY-mode to the phy_interface field of the STMMAC platform data.
