MIPS: RB532: attach the software node to its target GPIO controller

GPIOLIB wants to remove the software node's name matching against GPIO controller's label that is going on behind the scenes in software node lookup. To that end, we need to convert all existing users to using software nodes actually attached to the GPIO devices they represent. In order to use an attached software node with the GPIO controller on rb532: convert the GPIO module into a real platform device, provide platform device info for it in device.c and assign the software node using its swnode field. The software node will get inherited by the GPIO chip from the parent platform device in devm_gpiochip_add_data() as we don't set the fwnode using any other of the mechanisms. MIPS/mtd: Handle READY GPIO in generic NAND platform data

The callbacks into the MIPS RB532 platform to read the GPIO pin indicating that the NAND chip is ready are oldschool and does not assign GPIOs as properties to the NAND device. Add a capability to the generic platform NAND chip driver to use a GPIO line to detect if a NAND chip is ready and override the platform-local drv_ready() callback with this check if the GPIO is present. Convert the Mikrotik RouterBoard RB532 to use GPIO descriptors by defining a software node for the GPIO chip, then register the button platform device with full info passing the GPIO as a device property. This can be used as a base to move more of the RB532 devices over to passing GPIOs using device properties. Use the GPIO_ACTIVE_LOW flag and drop the inversion in the rb532_button_pressed() function. Since commit 6e690d54cfa8 ("serial: 8250: fix return error code in serial8250_request_std_resource()"), registering an 8250 MMIO port without mapbase no longer works, as the resource range is derived from mapbase/mapsize. Populate mapbase and mapsize accordingly. Also drop ugly membase KSEG1 pointer and set UPF_IOREMAP instead, letting the 8250 core perform the ioremap. kernel.h: drop hex.h and update all hex.h users

Remove from and update all users/callers of hex.h interfaces to directly #include as part of the process of putting kernel.h on a diet. Removing hex.h from kernel.h means that 36K C source files don't have to pay the price of parsing hex.h for the roughly 120 C source files that need it. This change has been build-tested with allmodconfig on most ARCHes. Also, all users/callers of in the entire source tree have been updated if needed (if not already #included). strcpy() is deprecated; use memcpy() and strscpy() instead. Add the local variable 'size_t len' to keep track of the string lengths and prefer memcpy() over strscpy() when we use the string length to advance the 'cp' pointer. No functional changes intended. The conversion of all GPIO drivers to using the .set_rv() and .set_multiple_rv() callbacks from struct gpio_chip (which - unlike their predecessors - return an integer and allow the controller drivers to indicate failures to users) is now complete and the legacy ones have been removed.
