x86, rdc321x: remove/move leftover files

Impact: cleanup Move/remove leftover RDC321 files. Now that it's not a subarch anymore, arch/x86/mach-rdc321x and arch/x86/include/asm/mach-rdc321x/ are not needed. One include file was still in use: rdc321x_defs.h, move that to the generic x86 asm header directory. Signed-off-by: Ingo Molnar

rdc321x: GPIO routines bugfixes

This patch fixes the use of GPIO routines which are in the PCI configuration space of the RDC321x, therefore reading/writing to this space without spinlock protection can be problematic. x86: add support for the RDC R-321x SoC
