Replace the #include of <linux/mod_devicetable.h> by the more specific
<linux/device-id/*.h> where applicable. For most cases the include
can be dropped completely, only a few drivers need one or two headers
added.

Boris Brezillion needs the gem lru fixes 379e8f1ca5e9 ("drm/gem: Make
the GEM LRU lock part of drm_device") backmerged for drm-misc-next.
That also means we need to sort out the rename conflict in panthor with
the fixup patch from Boris from drm-tip.

The call to remap_pfn_range in qaic_gem_object_mmap is susceptible to
(re)mapping beyond the VMA if the BO is too large. This can cause use
after free issues when munmap() unmaps only the VMA region and not the
additional mappings. To prevent this, check the remaining size of the
VMA before remapping and truncate the remapped length if sg->length is
too large.

Consolidate the two-element allocation into a single allocation using a
flexible array member. This reduces memory fragmentation and simplifies
the error path by eliminating the need to check for allocation failure
between the two allocations.

Add __counted_by for runtime bounds checking.

The UE and UE_NF cases check ce_count against UINT_MAX before incrementing
their respective counters. This is logically incorrect and prevents
ue_count and ue_nf_count from incrementing when ce_count reaches UINT_MAX.

When a bootlog requires multiple MHI messages to transfer fully, the
messages prior to the final message may have MHI overflow status set.
Preserve these log messages in the accumulating bootlog. Do not treat
overflow as an error.

Instead of storing and emitting bootlogs as individual null-terminated
lines, concatenate them, and later emit them to debugfs in a single call.

Do not insert a null terminator on messages received from the device.
Instead use the message length when subsequently storing the message.

Exclude trailing nulls to normalize AIC100 and AIC200 bootlog lines.

accel/qaic: Handle DBC deactivation if the owner went away

When a DBC is released, the device sends a QAIC_TRANS_DEACTIVATE_FROM_DEV
transaction to the host over the QAIC_CONTROL MHI channel. QAIC handles
this by calling decode_deactivate() to release the resources allocated for
that DBC. Since that handling is done in the qaic_manage_ioctl() context,
if the user goes away before receiving and handling the deactivation, the
host will be out-of-sync with the DBCs available for use, and the DBC
resources will not be freed unless the device is removed. If another user
loads and requests to activate a network, then the device assigns the same
DBC to that network, QAIC will "indefinitely" wait for dbc->in_use = false,
leading the user process to hang.

As a solution to this, handle QAIC_TRANS_DEACTIVATE_FROM_DEV transactions
that are received after the user has gone away.
