TPM: Fixup boot probe timeout for tpm_tis driver

commit ec57935837a78f9661125b08a5d08b697568e040 upstream. When probing the device in tpm_tis_init the call request_locality uses timeout_a, which wasn't being initalized until after request_locality. This results in request_locality falsely timing out if the chip is still starting. Move the initialization to before request_locality. This probably only matters for embedded cases (ie mine), a BIOS likely gets the TPM into a state where this code path isn't necessary. TPM: get_event_name stack corruption

get_event_name uses sprintf to fill a buffer declared on the stack. It fills the buffer 2 bytes at a time. What the code doesn't take into account is that sprintf(buf, "%02x", data) actually writes 3 bytes. 2 bytes for the data and then it nul terminates the string. Since we declare buf to be 40 characters long and then we write 40 bytes of data into buf sprintf is going to write 41 characters. The fix is to leave room in buf for the nul terminator. platform driver: fix incorrect use of 'platform_bus_type' with 'struct device_driver'

This patch fixes the bug reported in http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11681. "Lots of device drivers register a 'struct device_driver' with the '.bus' member set to '&platform_bus_type'. This is wrong, since the platform_bus functions expect the 'struct device_driver' to be wrapped up in a 'struct platform_driver' which provides some additional callbacks (like suspend_late, resume_early).
