drivers/cpuidle: Convert non-modular drivers to use builtin_platform_driver

All these drivers are configured with Kconfig options that are declared as bool. Hence it is not possible for the code to be built as modular. However the code is currently using the module_platform_driver() macro for driver registration. While this currently works, we really don't want to be including the module.h header in non-modular code, which we'll be forced to do, pending some upcoming code relocation from init.h into module.h. So we fix it now by using the non-modular equivalent. Cc: "Rafael J. ARM: cpuidle: Remove duplicate header inclusion

The cpu_do_idle() function is always used by the cpuidle drivers. That led to have each driver including cpuidle.h and proc-fns.h, they are always paired. That makes a lot of duplicate headers inclusion. Instead of including both in each .c file, move the proc-fns.h header inclusion in the cpuidle.h header file directly, so we can save some line of code. cpuidle: Invert CPUIDLE_FLAG_TIME_VALID logic

The only place where the time is invalid is when the ACPI_CSTATE_FFH entry method is not set. Otherwise for all the drivers, the time can be correctly measured. Instead of duplicating the CPUIDLE_FLAG_TIME_VALID flag in all the drivers for all the states, just invert the logic by replacing it by the flag CPUIDLE_FLAG_TIME_INVALID, hence we can set this flag only for the acpi idle driver, remove the former flag from all the drivers and invert the logic with this flag in the different governor. As the cpuidle driver code has no more the dependency with the pm code, the 'standby' callback being passed as a parameter to the device's platform data, we can move the cpuidle driver in the drivers/cpuidle directory.
