As hid-uclogic has a lot of report descriptors already and there's going
to be more, move them out of the driver code and into a separate module.

Add "_UCLOGIC" to Ugee tablet device ID macros so it's clear they come
with UC-Logic vendor ID.

There is no real point of registering an empty input node.
This should be default, but given some drivers need the blank input
node to set it up during input_configured, we need to postpone
the check for hidinput_has_been_populated().

yet.

Based on a patch from: Nikolai Kondrashov <Nikolai.Kondrashov@redhat.com>

Enable abstract keyboard mode for Huion tablets, which makes them report
frame buttons using the pen interface and report ID. Divert these
reports to a virtual report ID describing them.

This makes the tablet compatible with xf86-input-wacom and libinput,
but stops the frame buttons from reporting keyboard events.
