Replace the #include of <linux/mod_devicetable.h> by the more specific
<linux/device-id/*.h> where applicable. For most cases the include
can be dropped completely, only a few drivers need one or two headers
added.

When reading the raw quaternion attribute (in_rot_quaternion_raw), the
driver currently returns either all zeros (if the sensor was never enabled)
or stale data (if the sensor was previously enabled) because it reads from
the internal buffer without explicitly requesting a new sample from the
sensor.

To fix this, power up the sensor, call sensor_hub_input_attr_read_values()
to issue a synchronous GET_REPORT and receive the full quaternion data
directly into a local buffer, then decode the four components.

Make use of ext_scan_type to handle the dynamic realbits size of the
quaternion data. This lets us implement it using static data rather than
having to duplicate the channel info for each driver instance.

Add a hack to push two timestamps in the hid-sensor-rotation scan data
to avoid breaking userspace applications that depend on the timestamp
being at the incorrect location in the scan data due to unintentional
misalignment in older kernels.

When this driver was written, the timestamp was in the correct location
because of the way iio_compute_scan_bytes() was implemented at the time.
(Samples were 24 bytes each.) Then commit 883f61653069 ("iio: buffer:
align the size of scan bytes to size of the largest element") changed
the computed scan_bytes to be a different size (32 bytes), which caused
iio_push_to_buffers_with_timestamp() to place the timestamp at an
incorrect offset.

There have been long periods of time (6 years each) where the timestamp
was in either location, so to not break either case, we open-code the
timestamps to be pushed to both locations in the scan data.

Restore the alignment of sampled_vals to 16 bytes by using
IIO_DECLARE_QUATERNION(). This field contains a quaternion value which
has scan_type.repeat = 4 and storagebits = 32. So the alignment must
be 16 bytes to match the assumptions of iio_storage_bytes_for_si() and
also to not break userspace.

Use `\t(\{ ?\},|\{\}|\{\s*/\*.*\*/\s*\},?)$` regex to find and replace
the array sentinel in all IIO drivers to the same style.

For some time, we've been trying to consistently use `{ }` (no trailing
comma, no comment, one space between braces) for array sentinels in the
IIO subsystem. Still nearly 50% of existing code uses a different style.
To save reviewers from having to request this trivial change as
frequently, let's normalize the style in all existing IIO drivers.
At least when code is copy/pasted to new drivers, the style will be
consistent.

After commit 0edb555a65d1 ("platform: Make platform_driver::remove()
return void") .remove() is (again) the right callback to implement for
platform drivers.

Convert all platform drivers below drivers/iio/ to use .remove(), with
the eventual goal to drop struct platform_driver::remove_new(). As
.remove() and .remove_new() have the same prototypes, conversion is done
by just changing the structure member name in the driver initializer.

While touching these files, make indention of the struct initializer
consistent in several files.
