isdn: i4l: move active-isdn drivers to staging

The icn, act2000 and pcbit drivers are all for very old hardware, and it is highly unlikely that anyone is actually still using them on modern kernels, if at all. All three drivers apparently are for hardware that predates PCI being the common connector, as they are ISA-only and active PCI ISDN cards were widely available in the 1990s. Looking through the git logs, it I cannot find any indication of a patch to any of these drivers that has been tested on real hardware, only cleanups or global API changes. isdn: whitespace coding style cleanup

isdn source code uses a not-current coding style. Update the coding style used on a per-line basis so that git diff -w shows only elided blank lines at EOF. Done with emacs and some scripts and some typing. Built x86 allyesconfig. No detected change in objdump -d or size. Signed-off-by: Joe Perches

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
