The se401 driver is deprecated and is moved to staging. If no one will
convert this driver to V4L2, then it will be removed in 2.6.39.

Having fixed the sprintfs I decided a quick clean wouldn't do any harm so
it was actually easy to read in future.

<title>V4L/DVB (8430): videodev: move some functions from v4l2-dev.h to v4l2-common.h or v4l2-ioctl.h</title>

The functions in a header should not belong to another module. The prio functions
belong to v4l2-common.c, so move them to v4l2-common.h.

The ioctl functions belong to v4l2-ioctl.c, so create a new v4l2-ioctl.h header
and move those functions to it.

Remove includes of &lt;linux/smp_lock.h&gt; where it is not used/needed.
Suggested by Al Viro.

Builds cleanly on x86_64, i386, alpha, ia64, powerpc, sparc,
sparc64, and arm (all 59 defconfigs).

The videodev.h and videodev2.h describe the public API for V4L and V4L2.
It shouldn't have there any kernel-specific stuff. Those were moved to
v4l2-dev.h.
This patch removes some uneeded headers and include v4l2-common.h on all
V4L driver. This header includes device implementation of V4L2 API provided
on v4l2-dev.h as well as V4L2 internal ioctls that provides connections
between master driver and its i2c devices.

<title>V4L/DVB (3599a): Move drivers/usb/media to drivers/media/video</title>

Because of historic reasons, there are two separate directories with
V4L stuff. Most drivers are located at driver/media/video. However, some
code for USB Webcams were inserted under drivers/usb/media.

This makes difficult for module authors to know were things should be.
Also, makes Kconfig menu confusing for normal users.

This patch moves all V4L content under drivers/usb/media to
drivers/media/video, and fixes Kconfig/Makefile entries.
