mfd/ab5500: delete AB5500 support

This platform has been obsoleted and was only available inside of ST-Ericsson, no users of this code are left in the world. This deletes the core U5500 support entirely in the same manner as the obsoleted U8500 silicon was previously deleted. mfd: Unify abx500 headers in mfd/abx500

This moves all the header files related to the abx500 family into a common include directory below mfd. From now on we place any subchip header in that directory. mfd: Break out ab5500 debugfs code

This breaks the debugfs portions of the AB5500 driver into its own file. Split off a _raw function to access registers since we don't want to expose a generically named function globally.
