Replace the #include of &lt;linux/mod_devicetable.h&gt; by the more specific
&lt;linux/device-id/*.h&gt; where applicable. For most cases the include
can be dropped completely, only a few drivers need one or two headers
added.

Improve code style. This includes the following:
- Formatting the max77759_chgr_irqs entries to fit in a single line
instead of breaking them into multiple lines to improve readability.

- Refactoring comments such that they're full sentences and have
punctuation marks for a couple of macro definitions to adhere to the
  documentation style.

- Explicitly initializing `MAX77759_CHGR_MODE_OFF`.

Add register bitmasks for charger function.
In addition split the charger IRQs further such that each bit represents
an IRQ downstream of charger regmap irq chip. In addition populate the
ack_base to offload irq ack to the regmap irq chip framework.

<title>mfd: max77759: Drop use of irqd_get_trigger_type</title>

irqd_get_trigger_type() is meant for cases where the driver needs to
know the configured IRQ trigger type and e.g. wants to change its
behaviour accordingly. Furthermore, platform support code, e.g. DT
handling, will configure the hardware based on that, and drivers don't
need to pass the trigger type into request_irq() and friends.

Drop the use from this driver, as it doesn't need to know the trigger
type.

The Maxim MAX77759 is a companion PMIC for USB Type-C applications and
includes Battery Charger, Fuel Gauge, temperature sensors, USB Type-C
Port Controller (TCPC), NVMEM, and a GPIO expander.

Fuel Gauge and TCPC have separate and independent I2C addresses,
register maps, and interrupt lines and are therefore excluded from the
MFD core device driver here.

The GPIO and NVMEM interfaces are accessed via specific commands to the
built-in microprocessor. This driver implements an API that client
drivers can use for accessing those.
