cxl: Remove driver

Remove the cxl driver that provides support for the IBM Coherent Accelerator Processor Interface. Revert or clean up associated code in arch/powerpc that is no longer necessary. cxl has received minimal maintenance for several years, and is not supported on the Power10 processor. We aren't aware of any users who are likely to be using recent kernels. Now that the driver core allows for struct class to be in read-only memory, we should make all 'class' structures declared at build time placing them into read-only memory, instead of having to be dynamically allocated at runtime. driver core: class: remove module * from class_create()

The module pointer in class_create() never actually did anything, and it shouldn't have been requred to be set as a parameter even if it did something. For various bad reasons they aren't the same, and epoll() doesn't actually work quite correctly in some cases due to this on Sparc et al. cxl: Add support for ASB_Notify on POWER9

The POWER9 core supports a new feature: ASB_Notify which requires the support of the Special Purpose Register: TIDR. The ASB_Notify command, generated by the AFU, will attempt to wake-up the host thread identified by the particular LPID:PID:TID. This patch assign a unique TIDR (thread id) for the current thread which will be used in the process element entry.
