mtd: maps: remove obsolete impa7 map driver

This driver was originally merged in 2002 for a board using the Cirrus Logic CL/PS711x platform, but the actual board file never made it upstream. The SoC platform is still supported but uses devicetree based probing, so if anyone ever wanted to upstream board support, they would just use the regular physmap driver. The first 3 arguments of 'mtd_device_parse_register()' are pointers, but many callers pass '0' instead of 'NULL'. Fix this globally. Replace custom invocations of parse_mtd_partitions and mtd_device_register with common mtd_device_parse_register call. This would bring: standard handling of all errors, fallback to default partitions, etc. Artem: rename static_partitions to make lines shorter and align the way this driver prefers.
