The first 3 arguments of 'mtd_device_parse_register()' are pointers, but many callers pass '0' instead of 'NULL'. Fix this globally. potential parse error in ifdef

I have made a tool to parse the kernel that does not pre-process the source. That means that my parser tries to parse all the code, including code in the #else branch or code that is not often compiled because the driver is not very used (or not used at all). So, my parser sometimes reports parse error not originally detected by gcc. Here is my (first) patch. ioremap must be balanced by an iounmap and failing to do so can result in a memory leak. [MTD] Refactor NAND hwcontrol to cmd_ctrl

The hwcontrol function enforced a step by step state machine for any kind of hardware chip access. Let the hardware driver know which control bits are set and inform it about a change of the control lines. Let the hardware driver write out the command and address bytes directly.
