The MIPSsim platform is no longer supported or used. This patch
deletes the Ethernet driver.

Replace usage of random_ether_addr() with eth_hw_addr_random()
to set addr_assign_type correctly to NET_ADDR_RANDOM.

Change the trivial cases.
