net: remove ax25 and amateur radio (hamradio) subsystem

Remove the amateur radio (AX.25, NET/ROM, ROSE) protocol implementation and all associated hamradio device drivers from the kernel tree. This set of protocols has long been a huge bug/syzbot magnet, and since nobody stepped up to help us deal with the influx of the AI-generated bug reports we need to move it out of tree to protect our sanity. The code is moved to an out-of-tree repo: https://github.com/linux-netdev/mod-orphan if it's cleaned up and reworked there we can accept it back. Minimal stub headers are kept for include/net/ax25.h (AX25_P_IP, AX25_ADDR_LEN, ax25_address) and include/net/rose.h (ROSE_ADDR_LEN) so that the conditional integration code in arp.c and tun.c continues to compile and work when the out-of-tree modules are loaded. net: hamradio: 6pack: fix uninit-value in sixpack_receive_buf

sixpack_receive_buf() does not properly skip bytes with TTY error flags. The while loop iterates through the flags buffer but never advances the data pointer (cp), and passes the original count (including error bytes) to sixpack_decode(). This causes sixpack_decode() to process bytes that should have been skipped due to TTY errors. The TTY layer does not guarantee that cp[i] holds a meaningful value when fp[i] is set, so passing those positions to sixpack_decode() results in KMSAN reporting an uninit-value read. Fix this by processing bytes one at a time, advancing cp on each iteration, and only passing valid (non-error) bytes to sixpack_decode(). This matches the pattern used by slip_receive_buf() and mkiss_receive_buf() for the same purpose. 6pack: drop redundant locking and refcounting

The TTY layer already serializes line discipline operations with tty->ldisc_sem, so the extra disc_data_lock and refcnt in 6pack are unnecessary. Removing them simplifies the code and also resolves a lockdep warning reported by syzbot. The warning did not indicate a real deadlock, since the write-side lock was only taken in process context with hardirqs disabled. 6pack: remove global strings

They are __init, so they are freed after init is done. But this obfuscates the code. Provided these days, we usually don't print anything if everything has gone fine, drop the info print completely (along with now unused and always artificial SIXPACK_VERSION).
