The IXP 2000 network driver was failing to build as it has its own statistics gathering which was not compatible with the recent network device operations changes. This patch fixes the driver in the obvious way and has been compile tested. I have been unable to get the ixp2000 maintainer to comment or test this fix. It's been a useless no-op for long enough in 2.6 so I figured it's time to remove it. The number of people that could object because they're maintaining unified 2.4 and 2.6 drivers is probably rather small. three gigabit ports, but some enp2611 models only have two ports (and only one onboard PM3386.) The current driver assumes there are always three ports and so it doesn't work on the two-port version of the board at all.
