tokenring: delete all remaining driver support

This represents the mass deletion of the of the tokenring support. It gets rid of: - the net/tr.c which the drivers depended on - the drivers/net component - the Kbuild infrastructure around it - any tokenring related CONFIG_ settings in any defconfigs - the tokenring headers in the include/linux dir - the firmware associated with the tokenring drivers. - any associated token ring documentation. This converts pretty much everything to print_mac. There were a few things that had conflicts which I have just dropped for now, no harm done. It's been a useless no-op for long enough in 2.6 so I figured it's time to remove it. The number of people that could object because they're maintaining unified 2.4 and 2.6 drivers is probably rather small.
