In "struct max77620_pin_info", the 'pull_config' field is unused. In "struct max77620_pctrl_info", the 'pins_current_opt' field is unused. Remove them. On my x86_64 config, with allmodconfig, this shrinks the struct max77620_pctrl_info from 360 bytes to 296. Found with cppcheck, unusedStructMember. pinctrl: Propagate firmware node from a parent device

When creating MFD platform devices the firmware node is left unset. This, in particular, prevents GPIO library to use it for different purposes. Propagate firmware node from the parent device and let GPIO library do the right thing. While at it, slightly modify the headers to reflect the usage of APIs. Clang warns when one enumerated type is implicitly converted to another: drivers/pinctrl/pinctrl-max77620.c:56:12: warning: implicit conversion from enumeration type 'enum max77620_pinconf_param' to different enumeration type 'enum pin_config_param' [-Wenum-conversion] .param = MAX77620_ACTIVE_FPS_SOURCE, ^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ It is expected that pinctrl drivers can extend pin_config_param because of the gap between PIN_CONFIG_END and PIN_CONFIG_MAX so this conversion isn't an issue. Most drivers that take advantage of this define the PIN_CONFIG variables as constants, rather than enumerated values. Do the same thing here so that Clang no longer warns. pinctrl: Widen the generic pinconf argument from 16 to 24 bits

The current pinconf packed format allows only 16-bit argument limiting the maximum value 65535. For most types this is enough. However, debounce time can be in range of hundreths of milliseconds in case of mechanical switches so we cannot represent the worst case using the current format. In order to support larger values change the packed format so that the lower 8 bits are used as type which leaves 24 bits for the argument. This allows representing values up to 16777215 and debounce times up to 16 seconds. We also convert the existing users to use 32-bit integer when extracting argument from the packed configuration value.
