s390: Remove KMSG_COMPONENT macro

The KMSG_COMPONENT macro is a leftover of the s390 specific "kernel message catalog" which never made it upstream. Remove the macro in order to get rid of a pointless indirection. Replace all users with the string it defines. In almost all cases this leads to a simple replacement like this: - #define KMSG_COMPONENT "appldata" - #define pr_fmt(fmt) KMSG_COMPONENT ": " fmt + #define pr_fmt(fmt) "appldata: " fmt Except for some special cases this is just mechanical/scripted work. There are some spelling mistakes of 'previlege' in comments which should be 'privilege'. Fix them and add it to scripts/spelling.txt. Use the internal_name member of vmlogrdr_priv_t to print error messages instead of the system_service member. The system_service member is not a string, but a non-null terminated eight byte character array, which contains the ASCII representation of a z/VM system service. no_llseek had been defined to NULL two years ago, in commit 868941b14441 ("fs: remove no_llseek") To quote that commit, At -rc1 we'll need do a mechanical removal of no_llseek - git grep -l -w no_llseek | grep -v porting.rst | while read i; do sed -i '/\/d' $i done would do it. Unfortunately, that hadn't been done. Linus, could you do that now, so that we could finally put that thing to rest? All instances are of the form .llseek = no_llseek, so it's obviously safe. Since commit 43a7206b0963 ("driver core: class: make class_register() take a const *"), the driver core allows for struct class to be in read-only memory, so move the vmlogrdr_class structure to be declared at build time placing it into read-only memory, instead of having to be dynamically allocated at boot time. driver core: class: remove module * from class_create()

The module pointer in class_create() never actually did anything, and it shouldn't have been requred to be set as a parameter even if it did something.
