scsi: fas216: fix sense buffer initialization

[ Upstream commit 96d5eaa9bb74d299508d811d865c2c41b38b0301 ] While testing with the ARM specific memset() macro removed, I ran into a compiler warning that shows an old bug: drivers/scsi/arm/fas216.c: In function 'fas216_rq_sns_done': drivers/scsi/arm/fas216.c:2014:40: error: argument to 'sizeof' in 'memset' call is the same expression as the destination; did you mean to provide an explicit length? [-Werror=sizeof-pointer-memaccess] It turns out that the definition of the scsi_cmd structure changed back in linux-2.6.25, so now we clear only four bytes (sizeof(pointer)) instead of 96 (SCSI_SENSE_BUFFERSIZE). I did not check whether we actually need to initialize the buffer here, but it's clear that if we do it, we should use the correct size. scsi: use 64-bit LUNs

The SCSI standard defines 64-bit values for LUNs, and large arrays employing large or hierarchical LUN numbers become more and more common. So update the linux SCSI stack to use 64-bit LUN numbers. acornscsi: remove linked command support

The acornscsi driver was added in v2.1.88. It has always #undef-ed CONFIG_SCSI_ACORNSCSI_LINK near the top of acornscsi.c. And, just to be sure, it has also always triggered a preprocessor error if CONFIG_SCSI_ACORNSCSI_LINK was still defined. But, as far as I can see, it has never even been possible to set SCSI_ACORNSCSI_LINK through kconfig, or its predecessors, in the first place. Let's remove the code involved. The CONFIG_EXPERIMENTAL config item has not carried much meaning for a while now and is almost always enabled by default. CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As a result, the __dev* markings need to be removed. This change removes the use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitdata, __devinitconst, and __devexit from these drivers.
