The serial drivers are really just tty drivers, so move them to
drivers/tty/ to make things a bit neater overall.

This is part of the tty/serial driver movement proceedure as proposed by
Arnd Bergmann and approved by everyone involved a number of months ago.

Rather than maintain Kconfig entries where people have to enter raw
numbers and hardcode lists of addresses/pins in the driver itself,
push it all to platform resources.  This lets us simplify the driver,
the Kconfig, and gives board porters greater flexibility.

In the process, we need to also start supporting the early platform
interface.  Not a big deal, but it causes the patch to be bigger than
a simple resource relocation.

All the Blackfin boards already have their resources updated and in
place for this change.

If we are using early serial, don't let the normal console rewind
the log buffer, since that causes things to be printed multiple times.

We don't need to force a SSYNC here as the LSR register will already
be updated by the time we get back to reading it.  This speeds up TX
throughput and lowers general system overhead (since SSYNC is system
wide, not peripheral-specific).

On Blackfin systems, peripherals that have optional DMA support always
route their interrupts through the corresponding DMA channel -- even
when DMA is not being used.  So in PIO mode, we still need to request
the DMA channel (so interrupts are delivered) which means we need to
always include the DMA header for the DMA defines/functions.

Pass down the ldisc number so that the drivers don't have to peek into the
tty object themselves. This lets us get rid of another case of back referencing
port to tty which we don't want (because of races versus hangup/close).

Anomaly 05000230 (over sampling of the UART STOP bit) applies only when
the peripheral is operating in UART mode.  So drop the anomaly handling
when the UART is in IRDA mode.
