video: move fbdev to drivers/video/fbdev

The drivers/video directory is a mess. It contains generic video related files, directories for backlight, console, linux logo, lots of fbdev device drivers, fbdev framework files. Make some order into the chaos by creating drivers/video/fbdev directory, and move all fbdev related files there. No functionality is changed, although I guess it is possible that some subtle Makefile build order related issue could be created by this patch. The CONFIG_EXPERIMENTAL config item has not carried much meaning for a while now and is almost always enabled by default. As agreed during the Linux kernel summit, remove it from any "depends on" lines in Kconfigs. There is a linker error from lcd_2430sdp.c if CONFIG_TWL4030_CORE is not set. CONFIG_FB_OMAP_LCD_VGA option is present in drivers/video/omap There is no explaination about what this flag does. Lets add information about it.
