video: move fbdev to drivers/video/fbdev

The drivers/video directory is a mess. It contains generic video related files, directories for backlight, console, linux logo, lots of fbdev device drivers, fbdev framework files. Make some order into the chaos by creating drivers/video/fbdev directory, and move all fbdev related files there. No functionality is changed, although I guess it is possible that some subtle Makefile build order related issue could be created by this patch. Drivers: video: remove __dev* attributes.

CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As a result, the __dev* markings need to be removed. This change removes the use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitdata, __devinitconst, and __devexit from these drivers. - add commandline options: sm501fb.mode: Specify resolution as "x[-][@]" sm501fb.bpp: Specify bit-per-pixel if not specified mode - Add support for encoding display mode information in the device tree using verbatim EDID block. If the "edid" entry in the "smi,sm501" node is present, the driver will build mode database using EDID data and allow setting the display modes from this database.
