Providing compatibility to various old-school Unix systems from the 1990s
was fun 25 years ago, but today it just attracts automated bug checkers
that have no point in something like this used for retro-computing.

As there as only one known users (and contributor) in the last 15 years,
drop it. Anyone who needs to access such a file system can stay on an
older kernel, or maintain the code out of tree as it doesn't require
anything fancy.

The kernel EFS code has been unmaintained for over twenty years.
It was superseded on IRIX around thirty years ago. I haven't seen an
EFS filesystem in the wild since 1999. Userspace tools to read EFS
filesystems exist, such as https://github.com/jkbenaim/efsextract

There's no benefit to keeping this filesystem in the kernel, and it only
increases the maintenance burden for tree-wide changes.

Clean up inconsistent indentation (mixing tabs and spaces) and remove
extraneous whitespace in several Kconfig files across the tree. This is a
purely cosmetic change to improve readability.

Adjust indentation from spaces to tab (+optional two spaces) as in
coding style with command like:

$ sed -e 's/^        /\t/' -i */Kconfig

Introduce Kconfig and Makefile for remade ntfs.
And this patch make ntfs and ntfs3 mutually exclusive so only one can be
built-in(y), while both can still be built as modules(m).

adjustments at various nth_page() callsites, eventually permitting
the removal of that undesirable helper function

some tidying in the hugetlb folio allocation code

 - "mm: establish const-correctness for pointer parameters" from Max

bcachefs was marked 'externally maintained' in 6.17 but the code
remained to make the transition smoother.

It's now a DKMS module, making the in-kernel code stale, so remove
it to avoid any version confusion.

Commit f8142cf94d47 ("hugetlb: make hugetlb depends on SYSFS or SYSCTL")
added dependency on SYSFS or SYSCTL but hugetlb can be used without SYSFS
or SYSCTL. So this dependency is wrong and should be removed.

For users with CONFIG_SYSFS or CONFIG_SYSCTL on, there should be no
difference. For users have CONFIG_SYSFS and CONFIG_SYSCTL both
undefined, hugetlbfs can still works perfectly well through cmdline
except a possible kismet warning[1] when select CONFIG_HUGETLBFS.
IMHO, it might not worth a backport.

This reverts commit f8142cf94d4737ea0c3baffb3b9bad8addcb9b6b. It
overlooked the scenario of using hugetlb through boot parameters when
it was submitted.

Enable HUGETLBFS only when platform subscrbes via ARCH_SUPPORTS_HUGETLBFS.
Hence select ARCH_SUPPORTS_HUGETLBFS on existing x86 and sparc for their
continuing HUGETLBFS support. While here also just drop existing 'BROKEN'

The dcssblk driver was the last user of FS_DAX_LIMITED. That was marked
broken by 653d7825c149 ("dcssblk: mark DAX broken, remove FS_DAX_LIMITED
support") to allow removal of PFN_SPECIAL. However the FS_DAX_LIMITED
config option itself was not removed, so do that now.
