bcachefs was marked 'externally maintained' in 6.17 but the code
remained to make the transition smoother.

It's now a DKMS module, making the in-kernel code stale, so remove
it to avoid any version confusion.

Add the new helper printbuf_indent_add_nextline(), and use it in
__bch2_fsck_err() to centralize setting the indentation of multiline
fsck errors.

the btree key cache uses the srcu struct created/destroyed by
btree_iter.c; btree_iter needs to be exited last.

- fix assorted (harmless) off-by-one errors
- we were inconsistent on whether out->pos stays <= out->size on
 overflow; now it does, and printbuf.overflow exists to indicate if a
 printbuf has overflowed
- factor out printbuf_advance_pos()
- printbuf_nul_terminate_reserved(); use this to reduce the number of
 printbuf_make_room() calls
