Move CIFS/SMB3 related client and server files (cifs.ko and ksmbd.ko
and helper modules) to new fs/smb subdirectory:

   fs/cifs --> fs/smb/client
   fs/ksmbd --> fs/smb/server
   fs/smbfs_common --> fs/smb/common

Decode negTokenInit with lib/asn1_decoder. For that,
add OIDs in linux/oid_registry.h and a negTokenInit
ASN1 file, "spnego_negtokeninit.asn1".
And define decoder's callback functions, which
are the gssapi_this_mech for checking SPENGO oid and
the neg_token_init_mech_type for getting authentication
mechanisms supported by a server.

The "end" pointer is either NULL or it points to the next byte to parse.
If there isn't a next byte then dereferencing "end" is an off-by-one out
of bounds error. And, of course, if it's NULL that leads to an Oops.
Printing "*end" doesn't seem very useful so let's delete this code.

Also for the last debug statement, I noticed that it should be printing
"sequence_end" instead of "end" so fix that as well.

The kmalloc() function has a 2-factor argument form, kmalloc_array(). This
patch replaces cases of:

        kmalloc(a * b, gfp)

with:
        kmalloc_array(a * b, gfp)

as well as handling cases of:

        kmalloc(a * b * c, gfp)

with:

        kmalloc(array3_size(a, b, c), gfp)

as it's slightly less ugly than:

        kmalloc_array(array_size(a, b), c, gfp)

This does, however, attempt to ignore constant size factors like:

        kmalloc(4 * 1024, gfp)

though any constants defined via macros get caught up in the conversion.

Any factors with a sizeof() of "unsigned char", "char", and "u8" were
dropped, since they're redundant.

The tools/ directory was manually excluded, since it has its own
implementation of kmalloc().

The Coccinelle script used for this was:

// Fix redundant parens around sizeof().

It's not obvious from reading the macro names that these macros
are for debugging. Convert the names to a single more typical
kernel style cifs_dbg macro.

	cERROR(1, ...)   -> cifs_dbg(VFS, ...)
	cFYI(1, ...)     -> cifs_dbg(FYI, ...)
	cFYI(DBG2, ...)  -> cifs_dbg(NOISY, ...)

Move the terminating format newline from the macro to the call site.

Add CONFIG_CIFS_DEBUG function cifs_vfs_err to emit the
"CIFS VFS: " prefix for VFS messages.

Size is reduced ~ 1% when CONFIG_CIFS_DEBUG is set (default y)

$ size fs/cifs/cifs.ko*
   text data bss dec hex filename
265245	   2525	    132	 267902	  4167e	fs/cifs/cifs.ko.new
268359    2525     132  271016   422a8 fs/cifs/cifs.ko.old

Other miscellaneous changes around these conversions:

o Miscellaneous typo fixes
o Add terminating \n's to almost all formats and remove them
  from the macros to be more kernel style like. A few formats
  previously had defective \n's
o Remove unnecessary OOM messages as kmalloc() calls dump_stack
o Coalesce formats to make grep easier,
  added missing spaces when coalescing formats
o Use %s, __func__ instead of embedded function name
o Removed unnecessary "cifs: " prefixes
o Convert kzalloc with multiply to kcalloc
o Remove unused cifswarn macro

We've had several reports of people attempting to mount Windows 8 shares
and getting failures with a return code of -EINVAL. The default sec=
mode changed recently to sec=ntlmssp. With that, we expect and parse a
SPNEGO blob from the server in the NEGOTIATE reply.

The current decode_negTokenInit function first parses all of the
mechTypes and then tries to parse the rest of the negTokenInit reply.
The parser however currently expects a mechListMIC or nothing to follow the
mechTypes, but Windows 8 puts a mechToken field there instead to carry
some info for the new NegoEx stuff.

In practice, we don't do anything with the fields after the mechTypes
anyway so I don't see any real benefit in continuing to parse them.
This patch just has the kernel ignore the fields after the mechTypes.
We'll probably need to reinstate some of this if we ever want to support
NegoEx.

This reverts commit 9fbc590860e75785bdaf8b83e48fabfe4d4f7d58.

The change to kernel crypto and fixes to ntlvm2 and ntlmssp
series, introduced a regression. Deferring this patch series
to 2.6.37 after Shirish fixes it.

Make ntlmv2 as an authentication mechanism within ntlmssp
instead of ntlmv1.
Parse type 2 response in ntlmssp negotiation to pluck
AV pairs and use them to calculate ntlmv2 response token.
Also, assign domain name from the sever response in type 2
packet of ntlmssp and use that (netbios) domain name in
calculation of response.

Enable cifs/smb signing using rc4 and md5.

Changed name of the structure mac_key to session_key to reflect
the type of key it holds.

Use kernel crypto_shash_* APIs instead of the equivalent cifs functions.
