m32r: Ignore warnings for unused syscalls

checksyscalls.sh reports warnings for missing syscalls. But, on m32r, some legacy syscalls were removed elaborately. This patch kills warnings for obsolete syscalls, which are no longer used in the m32r kernel. Signed-off-by: Hirokazu Takata

The last in-kernel user of errno is gone, so we should remove the definition and everything referring to it. This also removes the now-unused lib/execve.c file that was introduced earlier.
