Remove is_in_rom() function. It doesn't actually serve the purpose it was intended to. If you look at the use of it _access_ok() (which is the only use of it) then it is obvious that most of memory is marked as access_ok. No point having is_in_rom() then, so remove it. Keep the result holder variable the same type as the quantity we are retreiving in the get_user() macro - don't go through a pointer version of the user space address type. Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
