powerpc: Move include files to arch/powerpc/include/asm

This is the result of a mkdir arch/powerpc/include/asm git mv include/asm-powerpc/* arch/powerpc/include/asm Followed by a few documentation/comment fixups and a couple of places where was being used explicitly. powerpc: Add TIF_NOTIFY_RESUME support for tracehook

This adds TIF_NOTIFY_RESUME support for powerpc. When set, we call tracehook_notify_resume() on the way to user mode. This overloads do_signal() to do the work, but changes its arguments to it has the TIF_* bits handy in a register and drops the useless first argument that was always zero. [PATCH] powerpc: sanitize header files for user space includes

include/asm-ppc/ had #ifdef __KERNEL__ in all header files that are not meant for use by user space, include/asm-powerpc does not have this yet. This patch gets us a lot closer there. There are a few cases where I was not sure, so I left them out. I have verified that no CONFIG_* symbols are used outside of __KERNEL__ any more and that there are no obvious compile errors when including any of the headers in user space libraries. [PATCH] powerpc: Merge signal.h

Having already merged the ppc and ppc64 versions of signal.c, this patch finishes the job by merging signal.h. The two versions were almost identical already. Notable changes: - We use BITS_PER_LONG to correctly size sigset_t - Remove some uneeded #includes and struct forward declarations. This does mean adding an include to signal_32.c which relied on the indirect inclusion of sigcontext.h - As the ppc64 version, the merged signal.h has prototypes for do_signal() and do_signal32(). Thus remove extra prototypes from ppc_ksyms.c which had them directly. Built and booted on POWER5 LPAR (ARCH=ppc64 and ARCH=powerpc). Built for 32-bit powermac (ARCH=ppc and ARCH=powerpc) and Walnut (ARCH=ppc). Signed-off-by: David Gibson Signed-off-by: Paul Mackerras
